1. Welcome to Thailand Vapers, an English language forum for members in Thailand and the rest of Asia to talk about vaping.
Commonly referred to as e-cigarettes, vaping is really about the use of personal vaporizers (mods) and atomizers (tanks, clearos, RBAs, RDAs, RTAs) filled with e-liquid.
Are you looking to get started or an old hand at vaping? Everyone is welcome here so sign up today and talk vaping with us!

55555555 That's what I thought. Expected anything from them to voice the governments line.

I think they're slowly coming around to the realization that the ostrich approach isn't going to work...e-cigs are here to stay and they need to deal with them. Besides, they continue to get bad publicity world-wide for their draconian approach. For a country that considers itself a prime vacation destination (and makes a lot of $$$ from this), this kind of publicity doesn't do that image any good at all... ;)

Of course, the TTM might have other thoughts. :(

Maybe BP has heard through the back door that there is going to be a change in policy so thought it was safe to write a positive editorial!

I wish Thai newspapers would also write a fair and balanced article on vaping because that will really help us out here.

I think it is now time for a change because people are getting fed up with this!

Big improvement on the last of their articles I read about e-cigs. They didn't argue against e-cigs, but ended the article talking about how dangerous second hand smoke is without mentioning how much less harmful second hand vapour is. To a casual reader that doesn't have much knowledge of vaping, it could seem as though they were talking about second hand vapour.

Edit: I've just realised that this was from a thread on this forum
