    The guy I have been dealing with at Evolv since late last year replied to my e mail yesterday.
    They have kindly said if it would be ok with me for them just to send out a replacement board directly to me and for me to sort out replacing the broken board
    Sounds fair enough to me...

    I recall reading something that the DNA 40 battery level indicator works off of some sort of predictive method based on that wattage indicated at end of fire button action and how much more estimated vape time remains as opposed to voltage reading of remaining power in batteries. Several folks unhappy about that and some thinking defect but it's the way it's reported to normally operate. Others suggested to just do a quick pulse of the fire button to see if it registers more accurately...haven't seen it myself. Both of my DNA 40s seems slow to show a lower reading but ultimately appear to track fairly accurately after a while so I'm ok with it.

    Yes the battery level does drop slowly however that doesn't help the scrambled screen in temp mode

    A bowl of soapy water, and carefully rubbed it
    Worked amazingly and now they have gone and everything matches in looks wise...

    on that second pic, is that piece from fire button removable? I was planning on replacing mine.
