Vendor Question

    I'm treading lightly here..I ordered from a vendor who advertises in this forum on 12/23. I have yet to get a confirmation email from them, no shipping information, no answer from the website directly despite 2 open tickets and not so much help from Pm'ing here.
    I don't want to unfairly bash a vendor, but I would like to see if anyone else has had issues. Is there an appropriate place to ask the question?

    I'll assume it's either 3avape or b2b then, both of them are usually reliable. I had an issue with b2b which was eventually sorted out more than satisfactorily.

    I have never had any prob with jason, but make a paypal dispute that usually wakes up those vendors that don't answer your tickets.

    Thanks!!! I'm not trying to be a dick about the whole thing, and that why I haven't said who the vendor was. Just want my mods or a refund asap so I can go elsewhere.

    Check your Conversations, the items were shipped the next day after you ordered and there is a tracking number in the conversation.

    Just got the PM from Jason!!!
    For the record 3avape shipped the day after the order but I was never sent a notification. I'm glad Jason checked into it himself! Lack of communication screws the pooch every time!

    Should be a non smoker by Thursday or Friday!
