IMHO (looking at the prices of tobacco around here) it will very difficult to sell abroad low/medium quality cigarettes. I still thinking that the best way to use low/medium quality tobacco leaves is extracting nicotine for medical uses, e-liquid companies in the country where it's possible to do, else.... (I can be wrong)

a pack from 60 to 95/100 baht is the 2 percent excise tax increase.
