These will be transposed in the UK implementing regulations alongside the rest of the Tobacco Products Directive which will enter into force on 20 May 2016.

I don't use tobacco products. But the EU will never learn. I just get angry thinking of that some clowns in the EU are sitting and spending mine and other peoples tax money to produce this kind of crap. Thanks for the share @haybilly , sorry to say, but all stuff related to the EU and The TPD Tobacco Product Direktive is like a read cloth to me at the moment....

 

When creating it, they presented the UE as a simple union between the european countries just to simplify the communication between them and prevent internal conflicts, but keeping the sovereignty of each country intact... I said "No" since the beginning... And now, it is clear that UE is creating stupid directives for almost everything and each country has to apply them creating a new law each time, without escape... There is no more european countries, just states of the federal European Union

 

Although the upcoming TPD and the changes it will bring with it--probably will not affect the majority of vapers here in Thailand [they may have their own issues in the future] the future for European and UK Vapers is not clear--

The idea of the EU has turned into an unprecedented disaster. What gets me is people in all these countries VOTED to surrender their sovereignty to the EU. The EU is a shining example to the rest of the world of what NOT to do.
