The Administrator of the Forum has the final say.

New Members please note:
New members need a post count of over 5 to be able to post URLs, which include You Tube.

This is an English speaking Forum so English is the only language to be used when typing on the Forum.

Since our members span a broad range of nationalities with differing English language skills, posts are to use complete words, not abbreviations or 'chat-speak'.

Personal attacks
You can disagree with the subject matter of a post, but never personally attack the poster - “Attack the post, not the poster”.
Treat people as you would like to be treated yourself, with courtesy.

Flaming, trolling, other misconduct

These are not permitted -

- Flaming (insults).
- Criticising or complaining about a Moderator, or how the site is run, except via PM (private message).
- Discussion or mention of illegal/illicit drugs or sexual content.
- Posting of vulgar videos.
- Obscene or vulgar language.
- Trying to place offensive text in a post by evading the forum's built-in word censor, using symbols or alternative letters for example.
- Multiple identities/accounts - this also applies to Facebookers. Each member is allowed only one account.
- Trolling
- Flooding the board with comments coming from a single point of view in multiple posts.
- Deliberately posting something which is against our forum rules.
- Posting something deliberately inflammatory - either to start a "flame war" or simply to cause difficulties for the Moderators.
- Posting snide comments about another member.
- Posting repeated criticism of Moderators or their moderation activities.
- Engaging in behaviour which is disruptive to the general operation of the Forum.
- Comments that insult people on the basis of their sexual orientation, religion, race, nationality, or country of origin.


Posting photos or pictures that some may find offensive or unacceptable is not permitted. Naked or semi-naked pictures of people are not permitted.
As matters of taste cannot have a hard definition, Moderators will determine what is or is not acceptable - if you are unsure, then do not post the material.

About the running of this Forum:

We have a zero, no posting policy, on any 'Forum Direction' Threads, the way the Forum is Administered, or Moderated.
If any member wishes to know anything personal about this or any 'other' site or Forum is ran/Administered or Moderated then please contact myself via Conversation to ask such thing in private.
Threads/Posts which don't belong will be removed from the Forum and members may lose their posting privileges.


Signatures And Avatars:

* Signatures which are links to a vendor's site must be approved by admin via PM.
The last thing we want is lots of 'normal' posts which are in fact 'spam' posts just to get your link out there as in your Signature.

** Signatures and avatars are expected to follow the same guidelines as posts, which means no flaming, no swearing, no personal attacks,

No political statements may be made in signatures or avatars.

** Religious statements are not allowed in your signature or avatar.
This includes quotes from the Torah, Bible, Qur'an, or other religious publications, as well as statements, images, or signatures such as, "Jesus Loves You," "Proud to be a Christian," or, "PM me if you are a Christian."

** No signatures or avatars which are to do with politics or personal nationalism which is there to be seen as being forced onto the views of others.

We respect everyone's race, nationality and beliefs but don't force this onto others and respect the rights of everyone.

Failing to do the above a member might find that they will have their signature or avatar removed and don't be able to use a signature or avatar afterwards.

No naked AVs or Signatures are allowed, no disturbing pictures as AVs or Signatures are allowed

** Admin and Staff have the right to remove and change any members AV or Signature if they feel it's not appropriate for this Forum

** No posting of Personal information of members, or others.

No real names or addresses to be posted on any part of the Forum.

Usernames;

Usernames can not be domain names/URls to websites such as .com .net .info and so on
Usernames can't be vulgar or demeaning names
The Staff have the right to change a user's name if need be


Communications considered private via the Private Message System
Posting the content of PMs/Conversations or personal emails on the forum is not allowed.
All PMs/Conversations and emails are deemed to be confidential and cannot be made public.

-Abusive Private Messages or any abuse of the Private Message system will not be tolerated.

Thailand Vapers reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to remove a member's privilege to be able to use the Private Message function on this site or a temporary ban for using the site for the member might be given

Ok, I personally hate rules, but sometimes they have to be there to followed.
This is a vaping Forum for god's sake, nothing more nothing less.

Rules have been Up dated to try to make it that I/we all can enjoy posting on the Forum without having to do too many Admin duties, vaping is a hobby, fun, which is what this Forum is for, it is not for me to have to have it feel like it's a job.
