I like my nemesis air controller. it even makes a difference on tanks I have with their own channeled air. Mine was tight in the beginning so I only spun it one way so I didn't loosen the tube but now it's pretty good.

I'm struggling to find anything pericular annoying about it but I'm also not using all the gear you guys are. Kayfun's and all the rest. Cheers.

I can confirm that this mod was at his shop last Thursday evening.

IMO, it was the nicest one he had there. But take that with a grain of salt as I've never used a mod.

These guys do a good impression of Katherine Tate. I was interested in your comment on voltage drop and ohms. Is there a correlation usually between the two?

Voltage drop isn't a fixed amount, it increases as the resistance decreases. Whenever someone says something has a voltage drop of .1 or whatever, it's useless without the context of resistance.

Question for those that own one: does it fire if stood upright on table unlocked (with batttery in & atty on top)?

Did you get your kick pipcon? I'm looking for another mech and curious if this one can be kicked in 18350. Phil says no but there might be an extra ring in this kit. I have button tops so not going to change them.

I have mine in 18500 (flat top) mode at present with the kick. It is good but it is a bit unstable when stood on it's base and I wouldn't risk not locking it, as it can very easily fire.

In fact if you wobble it slightly it does fire.

Colin88 mentioned a small modification he did to his to help it be more steady on its end. In another thread though.

I haven't yet tried it in 18350 mode with a kick. I will try later after work.

I also think there might be a problem with button tops due to the increased height, but I also haven't tried that yet. Will do later.

I'm tossing up between this or another Nemi. I do like the look of this. The kick is the kicker lol.

I placed my order for one this morning together with the Origen Dripper clone. Big sent me the tracking # already and I should have it by tomorrow afternoon. I think other than e-juice and maybe some more batteries, this should do me for a good while as far as gear is concerned.

Today I got in the car to go to the post office. The car was like an oven but my pocket soon got a lot hotter. Use that locking ring my friend lol.

I must stress that the comments here are with a Russian 91% on top of the mod. It's quite heavy so some of the issues with instability might not be there with lighter attys.

I just tried various configurations as follows to determine whether the mod fits with the kick in different configurations. Please note also that there is no additional ring supplied. If there was it would help.

18350 Efest flat top with kick - can
18350 AW button top with kick - cannot

18500 Efest flat top with kick - can
18490 AW button top with kick - can

In all these configurations there are a couple threads showing but it really isn't an issue.

Without the kick it's perfect in all the above battery types.

Don't ask me about 18650 as I don't have or want them. Sorry.

18350 with kick - you can start to see a couple threads exposed at the bottom




Next to a couple other mods. 18500 with kick.



I must say that this is the first mod upon which the IClear 30s works for me. I can see now what Vapermorphs is always on about. Up until now it has sat in my drawer a I could never get it to really do that 'thang' on other mods - including the Provari mini.

If you are looking for that fully configurable option, the Nemesis is probably the go.

Hey guys, I did say that this mod does not fire standing up - not even close - BUT then I saw your tank filled with juice atop and i thought oops - I am a dripper these days. All my gennies are gathering dust in the cupboard - so I did not factor this in when I made the comment. With a dripper on top this Mod does not fire standing up - with a tank filled with 1-3 ml of juice I should imagine the magnets would have a tough time staying apart especially as it stands straight. My switch modification was to shorten the throw Pip so not helpful at all with regard to safety.

This is still my favourite mod that I own -and I own quite a few!!
