SMY + Sigelei

    I've been looking at mods recently, especially TC box mods and I've come across these

    The form factor is exactly the same as the Sigelei 75watt TC and the Snowlwolf 200w (I think snowwolf is Segelei) and I was wondering if any of you lot know if they are one and the same company?

    The 60 watt mod looks great and after watching Todd with the older VW version

    And then watching the this 50 watt TC with the smaller screen and fixed magnetic door and a floating silver 510 connection



    I see that reviewers of the Sigelei and the Snowwolf all say that the 510 isn't flush. I think it was designed this way so that connecting and disconnecting atty's wouldn't scratch the top like it does with my eLeafs.

    Anyway, here is the new SMY 60 TC review. It has a solid magnetic door, you can shut the screen off without locking the device, you can set it to switch off in minute increments or 5 clicks on and off for shutdown and it's only 82 mm tall. What's not to love about this mod?

    Yeah, looks alright. I'm not a fan of the MSdos style screen personally.

    @MacAdder and I sometimes make a little vape meeting of our own, since we both live in Udonthani, so I had the opportunity to see and try the SMY 50 TC, which by the way has the "normal"looking screen, without the speed control and the like, and it is a very solid heavy device, but I really liked it. What I also liked where the placement of the buttons underneath the screen, it just felt so natural to place them there, so only the fire button is on the side.

    I think you are right. I have the Hcigar HB 50 mod and they have done the same raised the 510 connection just a bit, so nothing sit flush, but I hardly notice this minor gap, and yes no scratches at the top.
