Sigelei Mini Auto Firing, Firing After System Off... Firing After BATTERY REMOVED?!?

    Ok, the last one was click bait. But : Auto fire = check. Auto fire after system off = check.

    Press fire button get "check atomizer" message (while firing and continuing to fire after release).

    Unit disassembled. nothing loose nor exposed to errant shorts, no stray juice.

    After reassembly, auto mode continues.

    Besides "the bin" - anyone got any clever things to say -- now that your opinions are actually being solicited?

    warranty void. disassembled to repair. found nothing to repair and reassembled. issue persists.
    broke the seal that clearly voids the warranty.

    thanks for all the help peanuts.

    PS - if you disassembled it before posting here, the warranty was already void...yes? ;)

    Fire switch is just a round piece of metal colored plastic that sits on top of the tactile switch soldered to the board. That could be replaced... but once that comes off might as well cannibalize the whole thing for parts.

    Now if only the soldering iron didn't recently also just go south...

    @Siam Diesel - does the memory serve correctly that you recently ordered off of the THAI RS website? How was that? Smooth?

    Had no trouble...used Google Translate to assist. They shipped via Kerry Express...tracking never worked but everything showed up.
