1. Welcome to Thailand Vapers, an English language forum for members in Thailand and the rest of Asia to talk about vaping.
Commonly referred to as e-cigarettes, vaping is really about the use of personal vaporizers (mods) and atomizers (tanks, clearos, RBAs, RDAs, RTAs) filled with e-liquid.

While trolling through the threads I was amused to come upon one about high powered mods. The majority of the comments were almost outraged by how anyone could vape over 20 watts or there abouts. Many down right insulted the I.Q. of someone that would even consider such a device. This thread was from 2014,not exactly ancient. With the advent of the DNA 200 and how 100w mods are almost the norm,I find it funny how quickly times change in Vape Land.

Well, I have 9 x 100+ watt mods, but I think I have yet to go above 100 watts. The highest I've gone is 70 watts with an RDA and dual claptons. My day-to-day setup is still around 30 watts/joules, depending on the tank I'm using.

Like you I rarely vape past 70w,usually 28-50 range but I look at it like owning a Porsche, you can't always use all it's h.p. but I like that it is there. Also with my 3 18650 mod the batteries last for days at low to medium watts.

Agreed, I have nothing against high wattages as long as people are being safe. I'm all over the DNA 200's, have the Reuleux (sp?) DNA 200 on pre-order right now, as well as the Cloudmaker DNA.

Mine is *supposed* to come in stock on Nov 25th, but I don't really hold my breath over pre-order dates anymore. Guess I'll see!

I don't like preorders but I've done them. The next time a product is shipped on said date will be the first.
