    Do you have multi-meter and a soldering iron? If you have soldering experience, you could de-solder the wires to the 510 from the board and see if the 510 is defective. If you are reading a short on the 510 with a multi-meter and the board is disconnected there is a problem with the 510. You should wiggle it around and push the pin up and down with a wooden or plastic stick while looking for a short with the multi-meter.

    I do have a soldering iron and very basic knowledge of soldering. The issue is I can't get to the 510 pin..
