Commonly referred to as e-cigarettes, vaping is really about the use of personal vaporizers (mods) and atomizers (tanks, clearos, RBAs, RDAs, RTAs) filled with e-liquid.

    Dear vaping friends,

As you will be aware, the law is changing regarding the sale of e-cigs and associated products. The change in law is related to the EU TPD or Tobacco Products Directive. The new stipulations mean we can no longer sell many of the great vaping products we have on the website.

From May 20th the following will no longer be available:

    • No e-liquids bigger than 10ml bottles which must have been TPD tested and authorized for sale in the EU.
    • No e-liquids containing a nicotine level of over 20mg.
    • No e-cigarettes that do not meet the TPD standards of a 2ml or less tank size, no-spill re-fill mechanism and pre-registration in the UK.
    • No vape tanks that do not meet the TPD standards of a 2ml or less tank size, no-spill re-fill mechanism and pre-registration in the UK.
    • No more email discounts or marketing of any kind, however we may be able to send out links to relevant information.
    • No more discounted offers such as e-liquid bundle deals, daily coupon deals or regular money off coupons.
Currently we are updating the website to ensure we meet the TPD regulations as best we can. All banned products will be clearly marked and no longer available for purchase.

Additionally, you will soon have to register on the website with proof that you are 18 or older. Please accept our apologies for any interruption in the great service we provide.

    Happy vaping,

    The Team@ XXXXX Vaping

@Nick Webber: thank you for sharing.
the 10 ml bottles and the 2 ml tank limitation is just stupid regarding from myself and the french forumer s, just because it change nothing.
About boosters 10ml bottle 20mg/ml, it's an other thing, until now nobody really knows, how much for the tax, how it's collected, etc.....but sure one day, we will know.
Boosters de Nicotine - Solubarome (you have English google translation page),
I let you compare with the initial price of 1 liter of 50mg/ml booster before.

What a shame.. Like these guys at the EU Commission have nothing more important to do.

This is not the Europe they promised us, and now they wonder why we don't want it.

    they want money.
they 're not so stupid, they understand that, as your car need petrol, your e- cig need e- liquid.
Funny that south east Asian country don't catch it (maybe politically incorrect)
it should be more chemist doctor arround here that we think, extracting nicotine from third class tobacco from the mekhong area should not be an impossible challenge.

That is where it does not make sense precisely. They don't restrict the petrol, but they ban the e-liquid. If they want to make money, they should tax the liquid and ecig related products with the tobacco tax. Restricting the market will only result in encouraging illegal import.

I am still deeply convinced that these laws are in fact made by tobacco lobbyist influencing the UE Commission. There only I can see how it is related with money.
