Phuket Newbie!

Hello All,

Just a quick intro from Kamala on Phuket.

Only been vaping 7 weeks after some serious emergency surgery I had in Myanmar.

2 packs a day (3 if having a beer) L&M Deng man! Been smoking 40 years (I'm 54) .....To zero nicotine vaping. Mainly for the throat hit and keep my hands busy! Though I could murder a 'real' ciggie right now.

Currently using a Subox Nano by KangerTech (purchased in Yangon) and slowly running out of the juice I managed to get back to Thailand with me.

All the 'stuff' I have been offered from under various counters on Phuket and Bangkok is 10mg Nicotine, crappy flavours, crappier juice and 200 Baht a pop for a small bottle...... I'd rather keep away from it.

Just looking for supplies (via PM if necessary) and chat with others vaping out there!

A mate has just brought me 2 bottles of 0mg from KL. Says they were around 350 Baht each! I'll report more once I get it.

I have info on a great shop in Yangon for those thinking of a trip over!

I'll try and do some reading before hitting everyone with the 'Noob' questions!

I've been surprised by the lack of 0mg juice! My Daughter is saying it is all over the UK, Tesco and ASDA phone deliveries too! If you are using vaping to wean off the carcinogens, then there has to be 0 around. I've heard of people mixing say 16mg with 0 (50/50) to get the 8mg the 4, then 2, then down to 1mg etc etc!

Shame they can't sort it out here too! i.e. Guess its who makes the most money off it!

My moneys here for the 'right' stuff on Phuket. I want the taste, the 'smoke' - Don't want the nicotine anymore, as I would just be chain-vaping as I was chain smoking I guess.

Thanks again for the info. Give me a couple of days of catch up reading. I may have to do a KL trip if the stuff brought me is any good.

There's more money to be made by a manufacturer selling in 0mg. Nicotine is the least of your worries when smoking and probably the least of your worries when vaping too.

I'm sure it will be the complete opposite.

Will PM you later today about a possible resource here on the island but can say it probably doesn't have what you are looking for with your described juice specs incl price. Still, in a pinch or maybe for some devices it can be useful.

First of all welcome to this forum. I get my juice from Vapor Mist. The reason is quite simple. It's a good juice and cheap to. Problem you need to be on facebook and order from him via fb messages. Since he mix the juice himself, it's easy peasy to order 0 mg nicotine.

Just managed to get an order in before VM closes for a while due to personal issues.

Just seen a local chap with an 'X Cube' (is that right! Bluetooth jobbie!} looks the dogs pods, he's given me a lead in Phuket Town who has them for 2K Baht. One to follow up on and see if I can get my hands on one.
