1. Welcome to Thailand Vapers, an English language forum for members in Thailand and the rest of Asia to talk about vaping.
Commonly referred to as e-cigarettes, vaping is really about the use of personal vaporizers (mods) and atomizers (tanks, clearos, RBAs, RDAs, RTAs) filled with e-liquid.

    Dear Thaievape Readers:

What I did, I did because of alcoholism and anger...

    :rolling laugh:

Since it was asked what I really thought, this is a little closer to the actual opinions of this member.

taifun gs and gt are decent devices. They produce a clean flavor similar in character and palette to what you would expect of a stainless steel atomizer belonging to the same class.

The variations in design, style and use are familiar from their common roots yet present themselves interestingly as one first handles these devices for the first time.

After my first few sessions, disassembling, cleaning, building and vaping both the GS and GT, I noticed a natural favoritism for the GS. This may be based in part by a personal bias from the fact that I have been focusing on slim, mini and compact atomizers lately.

The preference could also be related to the similarity the GS shares with the Kayfun at least in the feel of the first stage of the build. Since I have been also recently enjoying building on the Kayfun styled atomizers, there could be some influence there.

What drives it home is the second stage, when the upper deck is applied. This configuration is unique in my experience, taken all together at least. I was pleased to find immediately ideas for different builds come to mind and why based on previous experiences with patterns and solutions from different devices that shared aspects with the new potentials presented.

Without too much planning, I arrived on a dual coil in series ( liking these for different reasons recently ) with a middle leg of equal length to the outer ones. The series is then rotated at the center of the middle leg so that the coils form 2 adjoining right angles or a block letter 'S'. The coil was applied to the 2 posts at an angle of 45 degrees from the imaginary line connecting the 2 posts (viewed from above). In other words, place the 'S' between the posts and rotate 45 degrees.

Seeing the center hole directly down from the twist point gave me the idea to wick one cotton strand per coil outward but keeping an extra long tail ( typically trimmed ) on each. The two tails were then coiled around the middle leg joint which had been further pinched together to form a more deliberate triangular or conical shape. Now there was a chimney like thing suspended above the center hole ( more like a swirly pile of poo ).

First attempts at a continuous cotton wick up through to the top deck were unsuccessful. It would perform well but only for a limited amount of time before the weight pushing down would over power the cotton's role as gatekeeper. This proved true even after creating strands that would taper up and down to a thickness deliberately great enough to typically hinder juice flow to an undesirable level.

Settled on using 2 mesh columns to control juice flow from the upper deck and feeding the cotton wicks from the points where the mesh touched down on the bottom deck.

I have been vaping this set up for maybe 36 hours and am quite pleased with it.

Both taifuns had post threading issues that were solved after putting each of the devices down for a period of time, then upon picking them up again, rattling like a baby's toy for literally 2 or 3 seconds and then reattempting. In each case, they just threaded from there and building continued.

The post which describes defining ones self by hatred is a work of fiction crafted for amusement purposes.

Unless mistaken, the is no rule establishing the requirement that all posts must represent a genuine personal point of view consisting of statements of opinion actually held by the person creating the post and expressed in manner and style most resembling her own natural voice, is there?
