2-week user. I get headaches, wake up with headaches, feel queezy, am sleepy, and my jaws/teeth hurt. I am easily getting gum infections now. I've been using Mt. Baker juice and feeling addicted like I was with "smoke canes."

Reducing PG considerably would be the first thing I would try mate. I think MBV is 50/50?

How much do you vape per day?

I vape only a couple times a day - am and then pm. I dont know what MBV means and how to factor that in to vaping. Can you add some info and advice on this MBV issue? Thanks.

    MBV=Mt. Baker Vaper.

I'm not sure of easily accessible higher VG juices in Thailand but I know Mcjuice is 35/65vg.

I understand some people are over sensitive to PG and the effects are numerous.

Also, If you've quit smoking some effect could also be due to that.

Thanks, the link to effects was useful. I am a bit less anxious now. Questions remain: what is VG and how to make meaning of the 35/65vg ratio?

    Thanks again and cheers!

    PG- Propylene Glycol
    VG- Vegetable Glycerin
They are diluants and are what the flavour/nic is mixed with in the juice. In most cases the flavouring is PG based so 100% VG is uncommon.
Be on the look out for juices with a lower PG ratio.
What other juices have you been vaping?

A lot of juices use more PG than VG because it carries flavour better.
Many people have allergies (for want of a better word) to PG.
Using juice with a higher VG ratio may or may not help reduce your symptoms.

Also, I'm not sure where you get your MBV from but if it's from VVV directly you could try asking if they would reduce the PG to something like 30/70, 20/80, 10/90.
I think MBV flavourings are PG based so 100% VG won't be possible

Im looking into a high VG mix at the moment for the cloud chasers, I think for most flavours 80/20 is as high as you can go, this is because the flavours mostly are PG based and by increasing the VG ratio you need more flavour to get the same taste. You also need to consider your set up, some of the starter clearomizers wont like high VG, although Im sure over the past 12 months the starter ones have improved a lot too.

I try to avoid PG as much as possible now and I focus on High or Max VG juice, at least 80%VG. There are great companies making 90 or 99%VG juice and the flavor is still excellent.

It took me about four months to really start to feel the effect of PG. Now when I accidentally vape on at least 50/50 blend, I can feel it immediately and it is not very pleasant to me.

It is easier with a more experienced vaper and higher watts to reduce the pg more, and reduce the flavour % as the higher watts bring out more flavour too. I became a VG fan after trying Johnsons Creek Vanda, they do an excelent range, but I dont know if they ship to thailand. Smoke Juice Johnson Creek Smoke Juice

Thanks Mack, I will have a look.

Indeed you usually need to crank up the watts with High VG to get the full flavor, at least that I noticed.

Also high VG juices are mich thicker and less powerful device or generally disposable coil atomiser will have difficulties to performs well.

Michael, what nicotine level are you using? Perhaps reducing to a lower level may help as well.

Michael, do you drink enough water? PG/VG are known to dehydrate your body.

I've got into the habit, when at home, of vaping then drinking water and often find myself swishing the water around my mouth for a few seconds before swallowing lol

Maybe it has nothing to do with vaping and you should see a doctor...
