You should be able to put in a trouble ticket, tell them you just actually started using it, and they'll need photos. Worst case, bring it over and we'll grind it out.

I remember reading some reviews about the Kayfun 3.1 clones that Fast Tech was selling and the absence of juice channels.

Worst case? I think your offer is the "best case" coz you da man Ryan!

In my experience quickly and painlessly. I've had 2 defective items so far, and after a photo they just sent out new ones without any further issue.

You sent a picture of the build deck, right? That should be enough.

The VAMO looks like it's not pressed in at the seam under the fire button.
Mine looked like that after I dropped it once. Press it together and it should pop back into place.

Not exactly on the topic, but am inquisitive. How much of a price difference is there that people prefer ordering from FT rather than buying from vendors here, in the process getting faster delivery and some kind of a guarantee?

Well for some that would be attractive for sure. As for me I am always in a hurry. Each for their own I guess :)

    thx that worked

Well local Vendors deliver way way faster, and cheaper however if you re not in hurry on getting certain things FT is a good option imho,
unless you pay for express shipping there, slowest shipping is always for free. However in my experience you should count in 4 weeks delivery time on normal singapore post, the malaysian post which ships batteries is even slower. (I am in the 6th week of waiting for the parcel now, and still wait)

I dont know about warranty from local vendors, but the warranty from FT is very good indeed, you always need to sent them proof (pics) but they replace things quickly and without stupid questions, it just takes long time again till replacemnt arrives.

One big downturn thou is that they sent out a lot of trash as well, i had it quite often now, that stuff arrived at my door where half of the parts where missing at all, f.e. a Drip Tip came without O-Rings, they will re sent the O ring in question no issues at all, it just takes time again.

The Price difference between local vendors and FT can be high but dont have to be necessarily, f.e. Big By-Pass / Micky / Tienga have often stuff for same price, and / or have stuff what FT even doesnt have at all.

So overall i would say it really depends.
