My first E-cig review. Ego-C

I recieved my first E-cig kit today so I thought I would write my first impressions.

I keenly opened my box of goodies received quickly from here

It consisted of the Ego-C kit with bigger batteries, 3 bottles of Dekang juice and 1 clearomizer. I put one battery on charge whist I inspected everything. First up the instruction manual is next to useless. Youtube was a lot better resource for assembling the unit.

The tanks had me stumped. It came with 5 empty tanks but only 2 soft silicone tank lids. I had no idea if the soft lids were needed or not as the hard plastic tank lid they come with is exactly the same profile as the soft plastic if that makes sense? Anyway I pressed on leaving the tank exactly as it had came.

My first rookie mistake was opening the bottle of E-liquid. It was already leaking a bit as I peeled of the plastic and I didn't realize they were child proof caps. Prized the lid off with a knife and had a mess before I even started Dol!

Anyway I got there in the end and had my first puffs of vapor. If I'm honest I didn't really like it and felt like grabbing a regular cig whilst I was still playing with it.

Ok so I wanted to try all 3 flavors and was doing some filling and changing of tanks. With leaks and sticky fingers I soon worked out that the soft silicone tank caps were much better than the hard caps. Makes sense of course but I can't figure out why they only give you 2.

So to speed up the story a little after trying my flavors I liked the menthol tobacco as opposed to the regular tobacco. I also figured out I was drawing too quickly and need to slow down. Still more work/practice to be done there.

I had been savingmy clearomizer. Partly because tomorrow I'm getting more liquids and I thought the stock tanks would be a better method of trying each of them rather than cleaning the clearomizer between each of them. But after leaks and dramas and sticky fingers I thought bugger it and filled it with menthol.

Wow its a whole different beast now. Much better than the stock crap they give you. I bit the bullet and ordered another 4 clearomizers from micky along with more E-juice. So I should have one package arriving tomorrow with 5 flavours then one the following day with another 4.

So far about 6 hours in and I have been vaping quite heavily and no real desire for a real one. I also thought once I cracked a beer I would need a real one as I'm a drinker/chain smoking guy. So far 3 beers in and I'm ok.

My biggest test will be 'going public'. I'm not a trend setter type of person by any stretch of the imagination and do feel a little self conscious even using this weird contraption in the hotel lobby but I'm going to take it out with me tonight to my favorite bar and see what the reaction is.

my first set was the same but from duracig, with 1000mha batts. i started with tobacco flavor but after some days went to menthol cuz for me it is the only one i can vape for hours without getting tired of the taste, now i only vape menthol no tobacco and never looked back to real cigs.

 

Hope you took enough liquid with you in the bar, for sure everyone wants to have a try Vape
You will be suprised how good Vaping and a nice beer are together

 

Funny you should say that. It's proved popular. They are calling it the shesha *spelling and I have to prize it away from 1 girl. Keen to load it up with apple or grape.

All good. I bought a spare bottle of e-liquid. Battery still going ok.
