    Hey Guys,

I looked into E-cigs over a year ago and never got around to buying a system. Now im revisitng this with intentions in buying. Ive been smoking about a pack a day for 7 years, for about 10 days ive cut down to 50% of that to 1/2 a pack a day im looking for something to help me quit smoking.

Ive seen 2 brands that I like, but spending 10 minutes trying to post one thread because i get a spam word message i had to take out those names ( i assume). I noticed its around 500thb-600thb for 10ML that seems a bit expensive? I seen some people using around 5ML per day which means every 2-3 days you would need to buy again? Any help is appreciated.

    - - - Updated - - -

Just another question ive noticed kits that include something you hook up to the PC that has a control panel, but it doesnt look like it includes the vaporizing system (sorry for being a newb). Does that mean I would need to buy a starter kit then buy that as well?

    Hi Daones,
    Welcome to the forum.

I started out with a joyetech ego-c. Frow here: joyecig. net
Has everything you need to get started.

Bought my first batch of Dekang e-liquid at 70Baht per 10ml from here:
    muliganz. com

That will get you started. Hope that helps!

Thank you, 70baht seems much more reasonable why are they selling at 500baht from the big name brand?

I was thinking of Joytech but i heard people say the tanks were better in OVale... So i was thinking of getting that.

isnt ovale just an joyetech rebrand(OEM partner) ?, i would start with atleast a ego twist or vision spinner, i used my ego c for a short time before i changed to ego twist, as for the tanks i dont know a ce5 will do to start with but my advise is getting a iclear16 or iclear30(is a bit large for a ego battery), where did you see 500thb juice for 10ml ?, micky sells glv juice for 450thb for 30ml and feellife for 50thb for 10ml.

    Welcome to the Forum.
The Spam filter is to stop spamming, we get zero spam, first posts will be a bit of a pain but after than all is ok.

A new vaper, I would suggest this device from Micky our Thai vendor:
    Innokin iTaste VV V3.0

You'll need some iClear 16 clero tanks, these are way better than the ce4 things, so ask Micky for I'd say 2 iClear 16 clearos.

Then all you need is juice, normal cheap Chinese jucie here:
    FeelLife® Flavor Concentrate E-Liquid
    FeelLife® Premium E-Liquid

Micky also has Hengsen Chinese juice, you just have to ask him.

For good USA juice, which is excellent juice to vape here:
    Halo E-Liquid

    Goodlife Vapor Juice

Micky has very good English and will help you out a lot.
So everything you really need is under one roof and can be with you in 24 hours.

    Enjoy... :vaping::vaping::very good::very good:

Just my humble opinion but I gotta disagree with mash and VM on this.
Start small, be it the ovale or joyetech kit.
Mine came with 2 upgrade batteries of 650mAh (upgrade can switch to a higher voltage) . You can also pay more and get the 1,000mAh upgrade battery kit. All the spares I needed – 5 tanks, 5 atomizer heads and a charger. Also got a free bottle of e-liquid with the purchase.

Everything I needed, and it worked every time.

You may not have any problems at all with the suggested iclear16 or 30, but sometimes you can have problems with clearo's, especially if your new to vaping. The first time I moved up to top coil clearo tanks (iclear16 and vivi novo) I couldn't get them to work right. If I didn't have my ego-c's to fall back on, I would’ve given up on vaping.

The ego-c won't give you as good a vape as the clearo's, but my experience has been that most clearo's take some tweaking to get it to work the way you want it, and can be a problem for someone just getting started.

I moved past my ego-c's after a month, but I don't regret buying them as I still use them for stealth vaping in places where you can't smoke.

If your goal is to use vaping to quit smoking AND vaping, a beginners kit is all you need. If you later decide you would like to continue vaping, then move on to bigger and better gear....

And later you may want to buy the 10,000baht Greek pipe-bomb that mickey's got for sale!:rolling laugh:

But whatever you decide to do, make sure you have a back-up!

Yes one of the same, kinda like Joy is the maker and Ovale is the vendor...

As for the rest, everyone has their way.
Be nice to hear from the poster, debatedude , as he started his very first kit with the same one I posted about.

That is a very well made Mechanical Mod from Greece, on the high end cost, never available to buy direct from the makers as it sells out within 20 mins of going on sale. I have seen them be flipped for a hell of a lot more money than Micky's price.

A lot of it is to do with how long you want to wait and risk, I just bought a high end Mech Mod from Greece, been waiting a week and no idea where it is. It's risk that you may never see it or it takes for-ever to get to you, like my Roller which took 2 months to get to me. Or just pay the price to get it within 24 hours.....

These set's cost 2.500thb for the 650 mah and 2.700thb for the 1000mah, the tanks aint good i got 4 still in the plastik wrapper, the same with the coil heads, the vapor/flavor is bad too.

If i was a new vapor my start set would look like this:

    2 x ego-v v3 or 2 x itaste vv v3.0
    2 x aspire BDC + 5 x coils or 2 x iclear16 + 5 x coils
    1 x wall charger

Price if going with the aspire BDC is 2.740 thb + ems(around 100-150 thb)
Price if going with the iclear16 is 2.630 thb + ems(around 1oo-150 thb)

It aint about starting "small" as the price is infact cheaper than the ego-c start set if you look at battery size, and a the clearomizers is alot easyer to refill than those ego-c tanks.

pls. remember this is only what i think is the best for a starter and as you can see not all agree with me :very good:

On vapormorph's recommendation, I started on the Innokin itaste svd with iclear 30. Never had a problem and now getting the iclear 30s.

i agree with vapormorph's start of with joyetech and the iclear's. super easy to setup. put in a battery, fill in some ejuice and your ready to vape buddy.

    Yep. Just sharing my experience.

I also have the Innokin v3 and iclear 16. It's not a bad set-up and should be satisfying to you longer (like I said, I moved past my ego-c after a month) as long as the clearo you get works properly. Better to get a few if you go that route. If you can wait a couple of weeks FASTTECH.com has a Innokin vv v3 kit that includes 4 iclear16's, charging cable and wall adapter for about 1200.baht and free shipping.

I like my inokin v3. It's 800mAh, it doesn’t last me all day without a charge. The 1300mAh Spinner works all day for me (most of the time) on a full charge in the morning. You might consider getting that if you want longer battery life. It also has adjustable voltage. Mickeys shop has the Spinner.

The iclear16's I'm not too crazy about. Maybe what I have are cheap clones. The ones you get with the kit will be authentic innokin products.

The Aspire BDC has some good reviews but also a couple of people have posted on this forum that they had bad experiences with these. Even Busardo who has good things to say about it points out some con's in his youtube review if you watch the whole thing.

Someone new to this needs a device that will work properly out of the box the first time. What that is I'm not sure. I think it varies between the individual, the product, and how the individual uses the product. I only know what works for me. The protank's what I'm using the most right now, but a lot of people think it's too airy, and occasionally seems to airy for me, so I switch to something else for a while. But it's the only tank I've tried that hasn't given me any problems.
A lot of it just comes down to personal preference.

As a rule within 2 weeks I was getting anything from FT no problems, but for the past month and still now, batteries and e juice coming with China airmail, Hong Kong airmail, Singapore Airmail have all been hit with strick security checks. My batteries have been sent back once and a month later been sent back again. FT will now be refunding me for my 2 batteries.

Thanks, that's good to know. I've read on their forum that the rule should only apply to loose batteries and not a fixed battery device. I thought I read that enforcement had eased up?

I didn't order any batteries but I put in a order last month and they used Singapore post. The previous order went by Hong Kong post. (I have no idea what difference that makes).
Fasttech keeps taking orders for batteries and just ships em out hoping they slip through I guess.

    From the website:
Keep in mind that as of November 2013, most packages falling under the abovementioned product categories are shipping and delivering properly. What items are restricted or potentially restricted by the customs and/or air mail shipping services?: FastTech - Gadgets and Electronics - Worldwide Free Shipping
