how to test battery on ohm reader ??

    I have the nornal ohms readerwith battery volt test facility,Icannot for the life of me figure out how to test battery,Iput battery on positive down shorted out negative with some 28g bloody near burnt my fingers,do you need an adapter?

    THANK YOU anbessa ifound it on utube it is for testing cartomizers batterys, thats anice meter you have,mine is an old analogue you want to swop. !

    Ahm these are pictures i just took from the web as i was not sure what you were talking about. I jusy have an ohm reader similar to the 2nd pic. A multimeter you can get in every home pro or shops alike.

    My ohm meter from Fasttech has two connections, one which measures ohms of the atty, the other measures voltage from the battery. They're different sizes, one accepts a 510 connection, the other well, looks like one. If yours just has one connection, I don't think you can use it to meaure voltage. Yes, a multimeter will do both, and meauring voltage is easy, but I think using it to calulate ohms requires some knowledge that I don't have--something about the residual resistance of the atomizer base with no coil in the atomizer. Those with more knowledge, I'd be happy to stand corrected.
