How and when did you discover vaping?

    Kinda heading back to the past, but always good to head down memory lane...

    I'd been a heavy smoker for years, knew it wasn't good for me but enjoyed it....
    Tried cold turkey didn't work, tried to cut down, didn't work...
    Heard about e cigs, researched online, spoke to a mate who was vaping, he put me on the right path.
    Ordered my first ever kit and never looked back..

    About 4 1/2 years ago...someone sold me on it and I gave it a shot. Never looked back

    When nicotine patches didn't work and I really needed to stop smoking because I didn't have enough air in my lungs anymore, I tried vaping.

    In the beginning that didn't work either because I started with 6mg.

    A few months later I found this forum and gave it another try with 12mg and after a week I never looked back.

    Smoker for 20 years. 1+ pack for more than 10 years then 1/2 to 3/4 pack for the last 10 years.
    My wife and daughter complained a lot.
    Then, one day, i decided to try vaping. I Bought cigalike, then 2 weeks later updated to Nautilus Mini with ego battery, then RTA, RDA etc....
    It's been almost a year now that I didn't think about stinckies. Can't even bare the smell anymore.

    Flying back to England in 2013 there was an 'E-cigarettes are prohibited' notice in the toilet. lol

    A friend came into my restaurant about 5 years ago with a cigalike, tried it and it did nothing for me. A couple of months later he had a Joyetech ego thing, much preferred that and ordered one, cut down on fags. Not long after that I had a couple of Vamos an Aspire Nautilus tank and a Kanger Aero Tank Mega. That's when the vaping bug hit and I started my buying spree, which has never ended!

    My buying spree has ended. I only buy coils, e-juice and occasionally an atomizer. I think I won't buy another mod anymore until my most used mods will break down, which I don't expect to be soon.
