Hi all...and a question!

Hi everyone. It's great to see a vaping forum focused on Thailand! I'm on the lookout for a new kit, and I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations. I've been using an Ego-C ever since I started, but I'm getting fed up with it now and want to upgrade to something better.

Also, any juice recommendations? All I can find locally here is Liqua, and I'm not too keen on it. I like a nice throat hit.

IStick 30 or 50 with a Kanger Mini. its all you will need for a long time. Wont stop you buying too much though, we all like shinny new things lol.

If you like small and are not afraid of Cloupor, this is nice. Cloupor Mini and Kanger Nano, I would say that though as Im selling one lol.

 

Hi Mack, I replied to your PM again but I think I'll give the Cloupor a miss, just in case. It would probably be fine but I can't help but read all the stuff about them being fire hazards and stuff. Do you guys have a recommendation for a place to order something like an iStick here in Thailand?

 

I don't know of anywhere with the 30 or 50 (don't bother with the 20) but they'll be along within a week or two I imagine.

 

The iStick looks brilliant, but bad timing with CNY here because I really want one now! With the tanks, do I just want to buy one? How easy is it to buy and replace the wicks when they start to taste bad?

 

Easy, just simply unscrew (this is the kanger you're talking about right?)

The Kangertech Subtank Mini comes with a couple of coils (0.5/1.2) and an RBA deck which you might prefer dues to the reduced cost every time you need to change wicks.

 

You've lost me a bit there, Rick. I'm not too sure what an RBA deck is! I was looking at this tank: Authentic Aspire Nautilus BVC Clearomizer and Authentic Aspire Nautilus Mini BVC Clearomizer Replacement Coil Head to go with it.

Would that be all I'd need? The iStick, plus those two things I've linked? (and liquid, obviously!)

Yeah that'll work. I'd go with the Kanger Subtank personally due to it having better options.

Apart from the Cloupor the next smallest box mod that is available is the SMOK m65.

Actually there are a few half decent mods in the classified section.
If its sub- Ohm then the Subtank, then you probably will need to go for a higher output than 15 watts. I guess.

 

I got my iStick 30W and an Aspire Nautilus from Micky yesterday. WOW is all I can say, it's like night and day compared to the old ego-C I was using before.
