    Hi Vapers,

    Been vaping for 4 years now since I gave up the cigs.
    Started on 18mg E-liquid and slowly reduced down to 2mg now.
    The other day I had to go the whole day without a smoke and it was no prob.
    Reckon I will be doing 0mg soon ahah.

    May I ask why not reduce?
    The reason I decided to reduce is when I sometimes got juice in my mouth it would burn or blister the inside of my mouth and i decided that was not good.
    I reduced by 1mg every couple of months or so it was painless.

    Don't see any need to...and there's evidence that nic helps against Alzheimers & Dementia. I can go a day without vaping if need be so I see no reason to reduce below 12mg.

    Sorry but that has nothing to do with nicotine, but mostly to low wattage, not enough cotton, but not the nicotine. I also started on 18 mg nicotine and I'm now down to 10 mg. I would still have been on 12 mg, but my e-liquid vendor now take extra for nicotine level over 10, so 10 is also ok. And same reason as @Siam Diesel mentioned. Nicotine is good for people with Alzheimer and dementia so I will just continue with my 10 mg.

    Oh I didn't know about that about Alzheimer but in my case it was definitely the nicotine causing blistering in my mouth maybe just allergy.

    Being so new to all this Vaping, I didn't know about the Nicotine Juice strengths & seems mine is only 3mg.
    Been on 15 ciggies a day for years...

    Interesting about Nicotine helping with....
