HCigar DNA35 Mini Danger!!!

Its interesting to look at the design quality from HCigar, this is really a crap unit that looks nice on the outside. From my own experience I would say they have a few drippers that are ok but they have many badly designed products. I recently ordered 10 kayfuns from them, all 10 had almost no liquid channels, they also looked great on the outside, to get them replaced you have to reorder and then they make sure your paying for the post.

So I think HCigar produces some of the worst clones, has no QA and has terrible customer service. I would not buy from them again.

 

...and this is why I like mechanicals.

 

I have a couple HCigar Kayfuns and two different HCigar RDA clones and they have absolutely no issues and perform flawlessly....it's possible that whatever factory/machining shop that made your Kayfuns on their behalf had a bad run. Except for first-run models of regulated mods, I myself wouldn't hesitate purchasing HCigar again.....that is after researching and seeing what feedback is out there in the community first.

 

I always considered HCigar to be one of the 'premium' Chinese makers out there, and they were trying to position themselves as such and have a good brand reputation. But I am pretty sure HCigar is not really a "manufacturer" in as much as they subcontract to other smaller shops to actually make their product, which then causes these problems about having varied quality on different batches. On everything else HCigar I have bought, I have been generally impressed.

 

Not doubt about the shoddy workmanship,but wheres the fire or even the melted wires ? I was half expecting to see flames from hell.

 

It is possible that it was a bad batch but even after ordering almost 1000usd of clones from them I still never revived my replacement bases. They sent consignments to the wrong address. They used DHL despite my instructions not to which did end up stuck in customs. And they still refuse to send out the 10 replacement bases unless I reorder and pay 35usd in postage. Ive also had mods from them that are difficult to get to fire. They insist that they manufacture all there own, but I doubt it, but that means they lie.

The hot glue of the 510 and the fire button show that the mini 35 is a bad design, not just a bad batch.

I too read lots of reviews that said HCigar were one of the best, that why I ordered so much from them. If they were one of the best I dont think they are now.

 

^^was expecting children chained to industrial machinery. Bit disappointed.

 

I rest my case on getting quality devices..... nuff said
