1. Welcome to Thailand Vapers, an English language forum for members in Thailand and the rest of Asia to talk about vaping.

I recently acquired two bottles of the new Halo flavor, "Devlin." According to the Halo website,

Okay, I call bullshit on this one. There is nothing "caramel" about this juice. Not in the bouquet, not in the inhale, not in the exhale, and not in the vapor smell. Now as to the "sweet finish," here they are dead on. It is gagginly sweet. It makes Malaysian juices seem bitter. Speaking of sweetness, I noticed my wicks and coils getting a reddish tinge to them. Seems the good folks at Halo are using the same vomitious sweetener that the makers of Anna & Jane and Double K use. This sweetener overrides all flavors and eats hell out of coils.

In short, this juice isn't for me. McJuice and MBV make a much better caramel juice that actually tastes like caramel. However, if you enjoy juices that are so sweet they lead to cavities and other dental decay problems, then this is the juice for you! And waddaya know, I have a bottle for sale!

Aye, it is true. Devlin is one wet and sour fart. Was hoping it was just a case of bizarro vape tongue or maybe the crappiness had to be let out of the bottle by shaking it like it owed some money, letting it breathe and repeating that process. (What do call that again? No, not steeping. That is a misnomer everyone just ran with... It is time people got their scheisse straight.¹²³ ) Anyways, this confirms it. Aeration, decanting or breathing or whatever is not going to save this juice. If you wanted to make a tea with it, you would steep it... and it would be sh!tty tea.

The other new one, "Cordoba" tastes as much like a cigar as Devlin does caramel. Also drenched in sugar. Cant recall even the most chemically sweet and terrible cigar ever tasted being as bad...

On the plus side "Black Calico" is pretty damn good. So, it is not like the staff of Halo went completely bat-sh!t crazy... just two thirds of them. Or maybe the whole staff went 66% off their meds... who knows? just that yeah, they done forked up on these for sure.
