    I'm quite sure that, folks like you or I would prefer to buy or own, but your average Joe needs to be held by the Hand- if this encourages smokers to stop, I can't see why anyone would be against the idea, but maybe others disagree.

    So basically we are all sick, and it will be classes as a drug if it's on the NHS....
    I say it's totally the wrong way for the vapers in the UK....

    Have you read any of the discussions relating to TPD and the involvement of MHRA? This proposal shoots down previous MHRA attempts to ban ECigarettes.

    It is good news, I just don't think the taxpayer should be lumbered with the costs because some pikey that had no interest in vaping all of a sudden wants to vape 30ml a day from the NHS (exaggeration)
