1. Welcome to Thailand Vapers, an English language forum for members in Thailand and the rest of Asia to talk about vaping.
Commonly referred to as e-cigarettes, vaping is really about the use of personal vaporizers (mods) and atomizers (tanks, clearos, RBAs, RDAs, RTAs) filled with e-liquid.

This morning I went to the only (as far as I know) real vape shop in Chiang Mai, and found it locked and shuttered. I happened to meet one of the employees nearby and was told that the police had shut them down and seized their merchandise. It was a nice little shop, selling a variety of mods, attys, juices, etc. Discreet, on a small soi near the old bus station, no signage. I found them on FB, (CNX ecig, now removed) and had to call for the address. Don't know if any "arrangement" will be made with the police, but it's a sad sign of the times. I mainly buy from Fasttech, and have bought some things from the vendors on this forum, but it was convenient to have a local source. Hope this isn't a sign of things to come country-wide. If anyone knows of a good vape source in CM (not Night Bazaar rubbish), please let me know.

Sad news indeed. Let's hope it's only a temporary situation during a "crackdown"

I'm in KK any place still open. I have to admit I didn't even know about those two places. Do you have contacts for the owners?

If there were any places still open, this is not the place to discuss it unfortunately. For the protection of anyone involved, any discussion of current vendors is being moved into the Member's Only section.

Yes, just vape gear--this might have been their downfall, since from what I've read here, lots of the shops in Bangkok sell unrelated goods, and the vape gear is at the back, not obviously displayed. Sheesh, what's next accosting a tuk tuk driver, "Hey, know where I can get a Kayfun?"

I saw these pink Samsung batteries in Amorn, wonder what is the continuous discharge but I doubt it will fit into a mech mod.

10A I think they are (don't quote me). Samsung 25R are a better alternative I think you'll find.

I think that whenever someone in this forum wants to make a thread, that is about vendors even the slightest hint, just use the member only forum. It can't be said to often, that we don't post threads involving vendors in the open.

those pink samsungs are 2600mah (not 2400mah like i posted) they are actually ok, ive been using one....vtc5 is better though....

the lavender color samsung that cnxecig was pushing as 3500mah, was only 2612 mah in my test and with 59mR, vs 39mR of the pink one...vtc5 is 17mR-19mR
