Help bought from a Thai website and no shipped/no news

    Hello,
    4 days ago i bought an atomiseur from a Thai website (Ecigzaa.com)
    They sent me an SMS with the price and their bank/account number
    I sent the money

    Since this time, i don't have news from them anymore.
    They never answer email and their phone is always turn off.

    I don't know what to do.

    I post here cause maybe i could have some help.
    Maybe someone know them or use to order on this website.

    I've heard the name around quite a bit but never ordered from them. Not heard anything negative yet though.

    Did you notify them that the payment was made (a little quirk of doing business with them) and have you checked the status of your order on their website?

    I ordered something from them a week or so back and it arrived with no problems.

    Do you use LINE? if you do then try contacting them via Line ID : ecigzaa and give them your order number and proof of payment.

    I made a couple of orders with them in the past and they came through without any hitch.

    I sent them an email with a proof of my payment but they never answer. Phone is always turn off.

    when i try to add them on LINE, it says they don't accept friends anymore

    I really don't know what to do now.

    Do you have them on Line @Jared S?

    According to my better half, the payment has not been registered yet (the email you sent didn't do the trick). IIRC, you have to log into your account on their site and report that you made the payment, tell them the bank, the amount, the date/time, etc. If you don't have a Thai speaker in the house, you might want to try doing this with Google Translate.

    It's the button that is highlighted in blue, just above 'E-Liquid'

    The first box is Order No.

    Customer's Name

    Phone No.

    The Bank you transferred the payment to, ธนาคารกรุงเทพ = Bangkok Bank

    The Date the payment was made

    Time

    Transferred Amount

    The big box at the end is for Remark

    Green button to submit the notification.

    I don't remember if there's a pop-up box for you to upload the file, photo or pics of your receipt or not though.

    It's been a long while since I last order.

    Hope that helps somewhat.

    When I ordered from them, I received a confirmation email...at the bottom there was this phrase with a link to confirm payment. If you click on it, you'll be taken to a screen to report your payment.

    I've bought most of my gear through ecigzaa.

    They normally provide a very fast and reliable service.

    As mentioned before, though, you do need to use the link in the notification email to 'lodge' your payment.

    There should be 3 green ticks once you've confirmed your payment. But I stand corrected? It should appear within the next hour or so?
