Big things come in small packages

Up in BKK for business, a highlight of the trip as usual being I get to stop into Big's Bypass shop to get some new treats:
-- 'Hard Copy' SX 300 50w box mod (almost got the Hcigar HB 50w but he only had it in black and i have a black Smok m22 already, plus I couldn't get over their stupid logo stuff). Will post some thoughts about the device later after i've used it a bit.
-- Nitecore UM20 charger with lcd readout: first impression is very nifty! And as someone often on the go I'm liking that it can be charged via USB so with a powerbank or solar charger you're completely mobile.
-- Subtank Mini: already have 1 and was wanting to get 2 more but he only had 1 left Really loving these with the .5 ohm coil, haven't tried the 1.2 ohm yet but will try first with this new tank.
-- 30ml bottle of Bamskilicious 'Overly Ripe Mango', highly recommended by Big. Haven't tried it yet but smells like fruity heaven in a bottle.

Ok, now I'm not going to buy anything more for...uhmm...a long time!

 

the nitecore is a nice little charger, been using it for a couple of months now. Looking forward to your thoughts on the sx300

 

I have a Nicotore 2 slots and another one 4 slots. While the 2 slots charges fast and constantly, the 4 slots takes forever, does not charge equally each battery and sometime does not even charge a battery.

I was told with the nitecore, do not put the batts in any old how, always use the two inner cells first
like work from centre out,some thing about discharge?on the outer ones,any way mine works fine,
4.27 every time,electronics men please add why!! lol

yeah every batt comes out 4.27 volts charge,and I have 4 brands in use.

 

I'm not sure of the limits regarding overcharging but I do know overcharging is not a good thing. Maybe the meter is off?

 

I don't know! have another coming soon, I use the ohms meter tester,has a batt terminal on it,my
other is an older analogue multimeter,but at least it is constant.lol

 

For my nitecores there was something in the instructions about using only slots 1 and 2 (left to right) for faster charging. If you put batteries in all four slots or three of the four slots the charge voltage was lowered and would take longer to complete.
