1. Welcome to Thailand Vapers, an English language forum for members in Thailand and the rest of Asia to talk about vaping.
Commonly referred to as e-cigarettes, vaping is really about the use of personal vaporizers (mods) and atomizers (tanks, clearos, RBAs, RDAs, RTAs) filled with e-liquid.

    Hi all,
I've been thinking of vaping and getting off the cigs for some time so I bought a EGO-CE4+ kit from a street vendor in Pattaya the other day but it seems I have to puff really hard to get a satisfiyng vape, these have the wick type clearomizer, would I do better another type of clearomizer and can they be used with the EGO battery? What would you recomened that I can purchase in Thailand?

    Thanks
    Bob

    Hey Bob,

My recommendation for anybody just starting vaping would be an iStick and Nautilus Mini, it should provide plenty of power for a beginner.
There is a new 30w version on the horizon so buying brand new you'd probably be better off waiting several weeks for the best value for money.

I might know where you can get a used one lol

Hi Bob and welcome to TV.
Truth has been told, i personaly think the knock off ego's and clearomizers are just not abel to give a satisfactory Vape. You would be better of getting a somewhat decent device from a reliable source as the Vendors here. Lot's of info on the forum in regards to devices and tanks as well as decent liquid. Enjoy exploring.

Welcome to the board. I agree with Rick, you won't believe how much better the vape is with an iStick and a Nautilus!

Hi Bob1 to the forum, I can only advise you to the same a Nautilus mini is a reliable tank for the beginner, since I still have flooting issues with the normal Nautilus, when the tank is under 1/4 full and never had that issue with the Nautilus mini, I would also recomment a Nautilus mini. Beside the istick, wich really is great for the beginner as well, there are some devices that you can find from our vendors, try have a look at the vendor pages. :welcome::vaping:

After almost a year of vaping under my belt I don't consider myself a beginner anymore. I agree with the members that posted here, a Nautilus-mini and an iStick makes for a great PV, beginner and advanced vaper alike.

I often wander how i manage to stop smoking with the egos and the small bad ce clearos //- not much vapor and certainly no taste to talk about. Great advice given - get some better gear and your stop smoking journey will become easier im sure!

And very important. Get some juice from the vendors in here. Dont save on juice.

    Hi Bob1 and welcome !

Yes a new clearo will work on your ego battery (most of them... the nautilus mini will).
And i indeed think that if you need to set some priorities, you should change your clearo before your battery.
If you can change both right away, then surely go ahead !

Good luck with your new experience on vaping. :)

Thanks for the advice from all, I ordered and recieved the iStick and Nautilus Mini from Big and a few juices from VV vaper, both packages arived in 2 days now I'm trying the different juices, there is a big difference in the vaper when using the istick even with the ego clearo, again, thanks to all for the advice.
