I think ill be using mine exclusivly for a while to see if I can see a problem. I dont intend to leave it unattended with a battery in or on charge though. I need around 26-28 watts for how i vape my duel coil tanks and only 18-20 for my single coils. So the only regulated mods I have are the VF and the mini and my VF is not good above 25 watts due to the predictive battery monitoring, I get 30 minutes out of it and Im trying to get it sent back. So if my mini goes, I need a replacement, whats, available, safe and good any sugestions?

Mack ecighealthy has the IPV mini 30w available locally at a superb 1999 Baht. I have one and another on the way and very happy with it:

Looks like the vendors will start doing their own recalls..

Scary stuff mate...I can just imagine the outcry if one of these goes off in the cabin of a plane, or worse, in checked luggage. After the Cloupor T5 Update fiasco (Boom Boom), would never ever consider purchasing one of their products...

The IPV mini is a solid device for sure, with a great trusted chip in it

    Cloupor...
I've said it once, twice and more than that 'I will never buy another Cloupor product again'

Add to that the T6 and T8 (non safety related) issues and you have no reason to even consider buying Cloupor again, especially when the competition is releasing same if not better performing product.

It's at least good to see that vendors are starting to react to this situation with a concern for their customers safety. The fact that the actual manufacturer is taking no positive steps in dealing with this problem shows a total lack of professionalism and, it's these very companies that play right into the hands of the voices calling for vaping restrictions / bans.

Different area of concern, but still very dangerous. If I had not seen this, then mine would have gone on fire very soon.

I think the plastic on these is not taking the heat, so any source of heat, ether from use or charging can melt the plasic and cause the device to short out. My battery is warm but never hot, the plasatic is soft even under moderate heat. I also only use VT4 and 5s so the batterys are good and not over heating.
