Clapton wire and RDTA from Big. 2.5mm Allen key used to make coils. Built at 45 degrees because it's easier to build and wick.

 

Do you have a 3D printer?? Wanna make coils the way i do?? Here is the blueprint on the big jig rig..

So I been lagging on my posts for coil porn thread.


Dual Twisted 2 strand 26 gauge








Drilled some Claptons. Inner 24 gauge outer 26 gauge with parallel with 24 gauge Claptons ( had to go back and re wrap the last parallel wrap and push the coil closer to the center)








I wish Ribbon and 32 gauge wire was easily obtainable in Los.

Well, they are easy to build in but rda2 has 2 posts with 4 holes, so it feels better if i want to make a singlecoil in SS i can make it from the holes on the outer end and get more ohms in there... and the tool for the screws is nice.. think this one will come with me on holidays...

And i saw a clone is already out also...

Ok, so i saw a video on a micro Clapton zipper coil 12hours ago.. And here it is..
0,35ohm id 2,5mm 4 wraps 32g/35g+35g three strands clockwise & three anticlockwise the +35g is helixed in to the three strands after twisting em


And it's mounted in twisted messes rda2.. Thirsty coil, but flavorfull..
