    Funny, in regards to the patents, the variable wattage patent was awarded to Evolv, who was the original designer of the DNA 30 chip which Yihi copied.

    P.S. I hate evolve and won't buy their products after my kick 2 failed immediately upon use.

    i am sure that there patent is for U.S. only Worldwide valid patents are very very expensive, i am sure they didnt even go for it, espacially cause chinese would give a rats**** anyways.
