    I just placed an order with Big and with Serenity. I have gear and juice all sorted. It's a simple process:
    1. Look at their threads
    2. Write down what you want
    3. Send a PM requesting (politely) what you would like to order
    4. Transfer the money and give them your shipping address
    5. Wait for the magic to happen
