    The electronic cigarette or (e-cig) is the only real alternative to regular smoking . An electronic cigarette does not produce smoke only a smoke like vapour. It feels like smoking but its vapour. The electronic cigarette is a total revolution in smoking.

    And don't think all you cigar and pipe smokers are going to be left out there are versions of the e-cig for you too.

    The electronic cigarette emits a harmless odourless vapour. The vapour dissipates quickly into the atmosphere like steam, leaving no smell or sticky residue.

    Any regular smoker will find medium and low too lacking in nicotine content. The high is more like a regular cigarette.
