I have been cleaning out my Vivi Novas this way since day one.

A PBusardo Tutorial - Vivi Nova Cleaning Rebuilding - YouTube

But now I am feeling it's time to do the next part and start to re-build them heads.
It looks so easy I can't see it going wrong..lol

I will be checking the ohms first on my Lava Tube before putting it on my actual device I use for vaping, just in case of a short.
Once I've done my first build I will report back.
    Wish me luck:vaping::vaping::vaping:

Cheers for the link. Please do let me know where you buy your rebuilding materials from as I will be attempting a rebuild when I run out of the atomisers I have already.

    Hi,
I too want to start rewicking vivi nova and CE5 heads.
I think I can figure it out from YouTube but I don't know what products to buy.
The guy I buy off in Bangkok only has one type of wick and one type of wire.

Are there any more choices,I would prefer cotton wick or something healthy.
Also the wires I see for sale are measured in milimeters not ohms so I don't know what to choose.

I like lots of vapor and flavor, low throat hit.Can anybody recommend where and what to buy.
    Many thanks

    what you'll need:
    1) wire: depending on you...
28g Kanthal is bigger and has a lower resistance >> allow you to make more coils while keeping the res low
    30g Kanthal ...
32g Kanthal is thinner and has higher resistance >> less coil but seems to react faster

    2) whick:
there are many options here. both in terms of material and diameter (which also depends on your coil...) the most common is Sillica (and again, the size depends on your cone)

Whick & wire can be purchased at Micky's shop: Wick , wire , mesh

    3) tools:
screwdriver/nail/paper clip to coile the wire around,
torch to clean the coil (I got mine on shop street at sukhumvit),
nail clipper as it works better than scisors in our case...

I personally suggest: you start with
Kanthal 28g has it is easier to manage
+ sillica in the mid range (2mm).. just to try
+ take some organic cotton balls.
cotton is inexpensive and whick just great. that way, you can easily play around with coils and switching flavours while replacing the cotton wick anytime you want (just the wick! roll the cotton and slide it through the coil)

    I hope it helps
