    Is the "Glycerine Thai" here considered the same thing as Vegetable Glycerine USP and the "Propylene Glycol Shell" here the same as Propylene Glycol USP?

    I was going to place an order with Chemipan as I heard they are good and very farang friendly. Somebody had said you can simply call them and ask for these two item, let them know it is for e-cigarettes and they know to give you the right items. Is this no longer the case and should I consider these guys instead?

    That's something I've always been sceptical of. Would like to compare both side-by-side one day.
    The difference in price is quite substantial.

    ^^^ Difficult to say...not much information to go on (a data sheet or MSDS would be nice). You may need to give them a call. Hopefully they'll have someone who can speak English.

    If some of you wants to try the VG I bought, I can bring it to the next Vape Meet. I honestly don't use it and the bottle is quite big.. :/

    I asked Chemipan for documentation on their VG and at the time was given a scanned certification from a few years before. I asked for one for the VG they had now and was told it is from the same supplier so the same certificate applies. Lol this was a while ago and my not too friendly comments may have changed the policy. HA! Maybe not.

    Anyone with more up to date info dare to chime in?

    Hi where do u guys meet? Im looking for diy base also, just ordered from france and got stopped by customs.. (( 4000b gone all aromas & bases gone and not in the clouds.
