Can some one tell me if you vape 10ml of 12mg how much have you ingested of that 12mg,when I stopped smoking
before, I would have 4mg lozenges,and would probaly take 10 aday,thats 40mg of nicotine,"
back to the question"its not often I would have 10ml in one day if ever?but what (correction)how many cigs would that
constitute,in terms of nico level,Ilove vaping reminds me of my pipe days,always have you pipe, device.to hand

I think it is 12mg/ml but I'm not sure. I don't know if anyone has calculated how much gets ingested, if they have I'd like to see it

 

It is 12mg per ml I believe but there is no accurate way of measuring how much is actually being absorbed.

 

I'm at 9 weeks now having done my 'cold turkey' in hospital (Burma) Seemed stupid going back to the cigs after an 'enforced' period off the nicotine. The hospital even had an addictions specialist who came to talk and even suggested vaping to me as opposed to going back to my 40 a day endorfin hit.

I found a shop in Yangon and kitted myself out with an ego C pen jobby and Subox Nano and some 0mg juice.

Thanks to the leads on this forum I am happy enough to be able to sustain my new 'healthier!' Habit bere in Thailand, even having a go at rebuilding the OCC coils once I am down to my last few and have the EMS widget on my phone to track my juice orders to Phuket! Good fun!

So thanks all. Thanks for the help with advice and links etc. I think I have the Smok Cube 2 on order! I'll feedback on it if it shows up!

PS Where do I find that "How long I stopped smoking counter thingy' for my signature box? I like it!

Im still using the iStick & Nautilus and very happy with it. I did try some of Mack eliquid and threw a lot of it out, so Im still using feellife eLiquid.

Its now over a year since I had a stinkie and I never thought I could do it. Thank you E Cigs you have saved my life, along with the help from members on this forum.

I'm having a big problem with OLD AGE. Its not what it was cracked up to be but at least Im still vaping on.

 

Congrats at getting out of the cobra's clutch on smoking. It feels great on so many levels, I like being able to breathe normal again. I don't have my cough anymore it is GONE!! I can finally sleep with out waking up and coughing.

What really worked for me was sub ohm vaping. When I got a the subox mini kit. For the first time in my life I never had any desire to smoke cigarettes. Sub ohm Vaping is an incredible world I can actually stand with friends co-worker/work mates and vape when they smoke. It feels great.

I started vaping 510 eGo'C pen models, at 12-24mg nic juices

For some people It is certain juices also that encourage them not wanting or having the desire to smoke.

Now, I am having a blast with sub ohm vaping and no longer desire 12-24mg nic.
I am down to 4-6mg and I enjoy the flavor that way.

It... does feel very awkward that I can smell smoke from ciggs now, It hits me like a sudden realization of truth. I sometimes smile and think I used to smell like that all the time.

I still don't understand where you guys find this e-cigs.
I've only seen some crappy copies in upper sukhumvit, but aside from that they are nowhere to be found :/
