Where do I get a reasonable priced supersonic cleaner in Bangkok? I've been searching and all I see is buying from China and my googling skills shows prices 10,000thb and above.

Any stores that carry them in Bangkok?
    Any brands to recommend?

Be careful using the ultrasonic cleaner to accelerate steeping. Some flavor combinations do not do well and will actually come out worse than if you had left them alone. I have only see a few that do that but it has happened to me. As far as time I have used anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. The sweet spot seems to be 1 hour with my cleaner. If it's a flavor combo that does well with the ultrasonic method more than 1 hour doesn't make a difference in my opinion. YMMV.

I use the ultrasonic for mixing, doesn't seem to be much point in longer than an hour or two, as @Lotta says, but I guess will depend on things like how powerful the machine is. Best I've found so far is good old fashioned waiting for steeping, that's how it's done in the food industry I think for example cheese, wine and spirits, etc. Many vapes just seem to improve on their own with a week or four's ageing, so if you don't at first succeed let it sit and come back to it.

@Lotta for flavours that didn't like the ultrasonics, did they "recover" from just leaving them b for a period afterwards, or was that game over for you ?

They didn't recover. So I have been using the Ultrasonic Cleaner less and less. I may use it for 15 minutes to start the process on some juices but I have been using a large self contained milk frother more and more. I used to mix with a hand held frother but got tired of holding the thing all the time. Mix the first 3 days for 30 minutes a day and then wait. Seems to work the best for me.

Ah, makes sense ... thanks for follow up.

Holding the hand held milk frother gets old quickly, didn't know a self contained one was available.

Did think about buying a paint mixer, for shaken not stirred, but I don't make enough eliquid to justify the investment.

I found mine at at a high end coffee supply store. It is made for but not by Gaggia. 150 ml min. to 200 ml max. Can mix with heat at 70 C or without heat. I never use the heat.
