TPD Info

I'm sure many of you will be already subscribed to UKVAPERS, but for those of you who are not, this is a link to an interesting thread on UKV.
The TPD means nothing

I am thinking we will be the better off,(Thailand residents) if euro brings in all these regulations,we are sitting in this lovely grey area,china just
2 weeks postage away,4 weeks for F/T,nothing changes,we still have to run the postage "gauntlet"who knows,I am just wishful I can see it all.

 

I know that Totally Wicked are filing a lawsuit against this ruling on the Euro Parliament, in fact many of us have already signed their petition, so depending on how their action goes, we may possibly see some changes to these ridiculous ideas.

 

On a completely selfish level, having gone into 'Preppy' mode over the last few months-I now have probably a lifetimes supply of mods, RBAs,RTAS, and other Atties-VG and flavours are always going to be available, and HiLiq will probably continue supplying Nic-oh yeah, Kanthal and Nichrome should be easily available also.
But, that's NOT the point. What about the newbies- they shouldn't be penalised just because they came a little late to vaping.

That is what I'm doing at the moment, and have done the last couple of month, sometimes with success and sometimes it did not work to well, but finally i hope to get there, practice and practice again. Glad I did.

That is one of the proposals, that it will not be alowed to buy these things on the net. Or to be corretly, the Internet shop must have a representation in the country the order comes from. If not the custom will confiscate the package. If a UK vaper order something from a website in China, and the company has a representation in UK everything is ok, but if there is no UK representation, you can't buy.

I think there are 2 different lawsuits going on at the European court not parliament and everyone hopes the Totally Wicked will win the lawsuit, because that would be the end of the TPD in this form. Lets just keep our fingers crossed. The Danish implementation of the TPD that should have been active from November this year, is delayed, the law proposal is of the table, and a new one will come in the new parliamentary session after Denmark had their election later this year.

 

Start building folks, be as independent as you can in your vape !
