tobeco KFL/Russian for $14.80 (free shipping?)

So I do not totally understand this but I will try to explain.

Focalecig is a FT type HK vendor site. Plenty of ppl on my FB group (including some I know in real life) buy from them with no probs reported. I have never bought from them though and I cannot personally vouch for them.

They are doing something called a group buy. Unlike what that normally means it just seems to be a limited time sale. Currently they have two crappy (for me) looking deals on a mixed nemi and an ss caravela.

They also have the Tobeco Kayfun lite/Russian clone (it has features from both atties). I have had one of these (bought from Chinabuye) since November and it is very good.

As far as I can work out it is $14.80 with free worldwide shipping. Which is an amazing price. I might get one.

I honestly have my doubts that the Chemipan flavorings are suitable for vaping. I have 3 of them, and I'll make juices for my wifes family, but I'm not vaping that stuff myself. I'll spend the extra few dollars and order reputable flavors from here on out. The caramel is like molasses, I can barely get it through a 22 gauge syringe.

I know its different, but as I have 2 of the Tobeco FastTech KFL+ clones, I'd rather have the KFL without the airflow control. The hole in the side is nasty, unlike the original where the adjustment screw is on the bottom. Honestly, I think the $12 clear version is the best one on FastTech (aside from the 3.1 clones). Single PMMA tank section is much lighter and you won't have it skipping threads on you. Do the toothbrush trick and it looks fantastic, as you can see in some of my photos.

Got a Yesmo 3.1 that should be with me before Songkran and that will probably be it for Kayfuns (for now). I only use them for work and even then they time-share with a Taifun GT.

 

As you know I'm a big fan of the 3.1 design, much better than the KFL+ design in my opinion. I also stopped buying plastic tanked attys a long time ago, after my CE4s started cracking way back in the day. That said, I use the PMMA Kayfun more than anything, basically because its lighter and I pretty much just keep my ADV Moo Juice in it, nothing that would crack a tank. It has a really nice big bottom fill screw so I don't even need a needle tip to fill it 100%, and its really easy to see when it is totally full. I mean seriously, a Protank costs more than that. That's why I'm getting them for the in-laws. For me, 4 Kayfuns is probably enough.

5+ different Kayfun clones, and all with Airflow holes leaking juice more of less from time to time, so not having a airflow seems to be the best

 

I would concur on the airflow control opinion. I have 5 KF clones, 2 ES 3.1 (with airflow control) and 3 KFL without. I never use the airflow on the ES's and the airflow on the KFL suits me just fine.
