1. Welcome to Thailand Vapers, an English language forum for members in Thailand and the rest of Asia to talk about vaping.
Commonly referred to as e-cigarettes, vaping is really about the use of personal vaporizers (mods) and atomizers (tanks, clearos, RBAs, RDAs, RTAs) filled with e-liquid.

I am looking at the following three batteries:

    Innokin iTaste VV V3.0 - 800 mah
    eGo-V V3 Mega LCD Passthrough Battery - 1300 mah
Vision Spinner II Variable Voltage 1600 mAh Battery

The first two take a mini USB and offer pass through charging, but I see some complaints about reliability with them. The Spinner, with less bells and whistles and no pass through charging, seems to be the more reliable of the three. I say that, because I've not seen anyone complaining about them failing.

I'm getting about 10 hours of usage on my 1000 mah eGo-c batteries, so I assume I'll get close to a full day's worth on a 1600 mah, which would suggest the lack of pass through might not be an issue. That said, I'm getting ready to upgrade to the Aspire BDC Clearomizer CE5 and don't know if the double coil will draw more on the battery than the eGo atomizer does.

I have both the ego.V V3mega and the Vision spinner The older model. I have not had any problem with mine, but i have seen a few that seem to have had a problem with the ego.V V3 mega.

I would buy the spinner again, it seem to me as a more reliable one. As if the build quality is better. But the spinner is sold without charger, so unless you have a charger to charge ego batteries, you have to remember to order a charger as well.

I do have no experience with the Innokin iTaste VV V3, i hope others, who have experience with the Innokin iTaste also will answer your question.

I'd go with the Innokin. They work great, my sister loves hers. The eGo has really bad regulation and I've watched two of them die so far. The Spinner might be ok for you, but lacks all the features of the other two.

I have used the itaste VV for 3 months without any problems, im never far away from a usb so the capacitys not a problem for me. Im even using it with a kayfun so it can look a little strange with a bulging tank ontop but i like it. My other mod is a kicked nemisis, but its the vv that I tend to take out with me.

Thanks to everyone who has responded so far.

I am not all that surprised with your opinion. I noticed in one thread that everyone was recommending a Innokin to someone needing to replace his eGo-C quickly. While I may change my mind down the road, I'm not all that interested in most of the bells and whistles, but the pass through ability is VERY attractive to me. And even though the mah is the lowest of the three, pass through pretty much eliminates that as a consideration.

I only have the Spinner II, it is very very good. Indeed I would rather like they give up in the eGo style charger but it is not such a pain anyway. Battery life really depends, had a Spinner 900 mAh before and I though the Spinner II would last me the day. Not at all, far from it.

Still, works like a charm, great finish and good battery life. I highly recommend it.
