    Do you mean returning an item to them?
    I sent a iTaste kit back to them once, I sent it with EMS tracked cost about 280 THB, I sent in pictures of it packed up and the receipt along with the tracking number and they gave me a full 'gift' voucher for the amount.

    I tracked it every step, took about 4 days, then once they had singed for it, I replied to the ticket on FT saying it had been delivered with the screen shot and my refund for the item was within 24 hours after that.
    I was more than happy with FT on that part...
