Smok Big Baby Tank won't close properly

Hi, after waiting expectantly for my Smok T-Priv kit to arrive i found that the big baby tank top won't close properly and so have been unable to use it at all. I've contacted Smok support but not had a reply. Is there anywhere i can get a replacement tank in Bangkok?

do you mean that's the thread on your top-cab if defective?
it can be a problem of bad o ring or bad o ring placement in your top-cab,
if that you're lucky.

 

I opened it up and filled it with juice but it won't close completely (see pics). I'm waiting to hear back from Smok support but nothing yet! Thanks for your advice, it's very frustrating having a new kit but not able to use it!

 

I didn't know this filling system,
some reviews speak about leaking problems

In your case, you could just have to remove the specific ring and replace it correctly? ( look at the VDO at about 1:45 minute)

 

Difficult to give advice on this without sounding patronizing.

Does it close and pop open or just not close at all?
Try removing the grommet - does it close without? If it does, try changing the grommet, if there's a spare.
Was it closed when it arrived?

Failing that, ask your girlfriend to close it for you

 

I have one and they can be a bit of a pain.

As Rick said above. Are you pushing down and turning? They open easier than closing.

 

According to your pictures, just push it down and turn it to close.
This is one of the features on TFV tank family.
