Hi everyone. Due to recent stinkies price change, I've been looking furiously for a new E-cig.
I used to own an Itaste MVP for a while(before the ban) and loved it, now it's dead.
Not wanting any Ego(s), I've got my eyes fixed on the Cool Fire IV Plus w/ iSub Apex tank.
I've looked through many online shop in Thailand on google and it's nowhere to be found.

Can anybody suggest me a place to find one? or maybe recommend me something that's pretty much the same in price and function : a starter kit that includes a tank, battery, and spares would be great.

And are there any shop that will ship to Thailand and not get confiscated?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.

Innokin is not really popular with retailers here in Thailand (although it should) and only a few things were available last year like Coolfire IV, the original iSub, iSub G, MVP3 and MVP Pro. More recent product like the Disruptors, iSub Apex, Cortex, Coolfire IV+, iSub S and Cortex and the Enduras are no where to be seen.

So if you don't have anyone to bring it in for you then the only option is to order from overseas. I usually use Fasttech, it will take at least two weeks to get here but the success rate of getting it in hand is about 100% for me (so far).

I have all of Innokin's subohm tanks and thanks god they all use the same coil since the iSub coil are still available locally although only the 0.5 ohm is available. You can rewick them pretty easily so that's a hugh plus.

The Apex tank could annoyed the hell out of you if you use clear - coloured liquid since the tank will fog up after a few days and after a while it will be nigh impossible to see how much liquid u have left, resulting in dry hit. Other than that, it is a great tank. Greatest top fill mechanism too. The Coolfire IV+ kit only come with either iSub G or iSub Apex tank but incase you want to order the tank and the mod separately then I would suggest that you go with either iSub Apex5 or iSub S.

The most recent starter kit with internal batterry I saw locally is Smok Micro One kit but the coil for the tank is not available (yet).

How do you feel about starter kit without battery? You will have to get a couple of batteries as well as a good charger but you'll have more choice to choose from. Joyetech eVic VTC mini with Tron tank, Joyetech Cuboid with Cubis tank, Kanger Topbox Mini and so on.

Personally I only use mod with built-in battery so the only way for me is to import them.

Also forgot to mention in the above post that Fasttech has the Coolfire IV PLUS kit with Apex tank for about $66 and should be around 60 if the discount code still works.

I'm not really considered myself to be good with these kind of things so having to worry about more than just a charger and a wall adapter is not really the step I wish to take. The built-in is definitely more easy more me(maybe safer as well). Having only used a built-in(MVP), I'm afraid to say that I'm a little bit scared of using batteries.

I don't know where youare in the buying cycle--but, for a newish vaper, the Innokin T18, or T22 are excellent kits--easy to use, complete kit, and not expensive--locally available--not sure, but Fasttech have them.

    ENDURA T18 | Vaporizer - Innokin

I have stopped posting links to vendors, for safety sake, but if you need a link to the item on Fasttech drop me a PM--it will take 10-15 days to arrive in the post.

Don't let that put you off. As long as you buy a mod with USB charging you'll never need to take your battery out. Needing to buy a battery (as opposed to relying on the quality of the one installed into a closed unit) allows you to chose, hopefully, a higher quality one.

    haybilly,

I would love to try that one but I don't think 1000mAh is enough for my full day use.
I don't know how long it'll last or how much I'll vape but judging from my smoking habit right now, I think what I need is above 2000mAh.

And 10-15 days is for the registered mail right?

    Ben B,

Something like the eVic-VTC Mini right? Is it any better than the Cool Fire IV Plus?
Except for the battery, are there any other differences?

Edit: Sorry, I don't think I can use quote.

The T22 has a larger battery which should be adequate, but post from China is slow.

As regards the Nicotine needs of a new Vaper, I always recommend high Nic (I quit cigarettes with 36 mg Nic strength) so buy as high as you can find- 36mg is only available by post from Europe or UK, or get someone to make a batch for you- if you start vaping with 12mg, or thereabouts, you will find yourself topping up with a cigarette, at least that's what seems to happen.

If you already like, and are familiar with, the Cool Fire IV then just grab that. See the link I sent earlier. The Mod, at any rate, is available there.

If you want to try something else then check out the Kanger Mini, etc.

My personal gear is a 'platinum' Kangertech Mini box with an Aspire Nautilus mini tank / atomiser. I can't tell you how that compares to a Cool Fire IV because I've never used one. I'm sure, with the same tank, the experience would be very similar.

Yes, Nautilus is a good place to start, the Mod is pretty irrelevant, as long as it has enough power which both the ones you mention will have for a Nautilus, they run at around10-18 watts Max.

Unless you put a 0.5 Ohm coil in it which I wouldn't recommend.
