    At that time, they probably had no idea what it was so it was 'illegal' (of course) unless you had offered some financial inducement. TIT ;)

    Don't know to be fair, but i'd be carful if buying openly anywhere in Pattaya, hand over the money, get the juice and 2 steps later a cop has you...
    Why not just buy it online from one of them many selling on this Forum or other Thai based vape sites and have it delivered to you...

    Wouldn't consider buying juice from anyone selling it "under the counter" in Pattaya as you'd have no idea of the quality, ingredients, etc. Much preferable to purchase online from forum sources...YMMV. ;)
