Ordering atomizers from abroad?

Any of you fellas had experience with purchasing atomizers from abroad?
I personally ordered an rta via heavengifts and actually received it, once. The other less fortunate time was when my Pharaoh Dripper Tank got confiscated along with some coils ordered from fasttech.
Now, as my little research for hunting down a new rda, I came across the Rashomon RDA-picture attached, and saw a lot of praises about this guy, thus trying to order it. I found no seller selling it here, domestically.
From which foreign-based website(i.e. eBay or alibaba) did you order your atomizer? Did the order safely arrived?

I ordered a bunch through AliExpress, all made it through but it took some time.

Thanks a lot, that's awesome to hear. Quick question, via which shipping method did you use? Also, did you ask the seller to put any special comment on the parcel such as "for research purpose, not for resale"?

 

I usually left it up to seller, most chose China Post Registered Air Mail. I never mentioned special comments.

From my research FastTech is know by Thai Customs and is usually stopped. If you can't find it locally then AliExpress is the better choice.

Fasttech doesn't ship locally anymore, but before they stopped there was a much greater chance of anything vape related from them being confiscated. I have had no issues with 3fvape, Focal, GearBest, Sourcemore, and Cvapor for the last few months. That doesn't mean that you won't though.
I always use China Post, Netherland Post; In that order.

 

Yep fast tech is known to Thai customs, if there's anything on Fast Tech that they will ship to you, prepare for it to be ripped open and if customs deems it acceptable, badly wrapped in customs tape that's sure to be re-opened by a few curious mailmen in the way to you.

Got mine via GearBest with *** Post shipping method. However, I first looked at AliExpress but they said they don't ship atomizers to Thailand. I will keep this post updated on the status of delivery.

 

Best of luck. I've got an RDA coming in through *** post too, should be here in the next week or so. Will post if there are problems/it gets through.

 

Then, I hope your parcel arrives safely secured. And a little delivery update would diminish my anxiety since I already had one order confiscated by customs when ordering with Fasttech/DHL.
