New Battery

    Hi
    I've been out of the vaping world for years now.
    I vape an Aspire Nautilus which is years old but
    going strong.
    I've been using these small batteries I forget what there called Ego Twist or something and they have died.
    I want to buy a new battery.Something small and cheap.I only vape in the evenings now and I'm down to 1mg nicotine.
    I am totally outdated with my knollage of the stuff that's on sale now so I need some help.
    I want to buy a replacement
    for my 2 ego twists or I re,ember before I had a pen like battery that had a little screen on it
    and you could charge it while vaping it.That was good because you didn't need 2.One in the charger and on to be vaping.
    Can anybody advise me on what to buy and where to buy it.
    I used to shop at Micky's but I can't find him now.
