Netherlands Post Not Safe Now

It would appear that you can add Netherlands Post along with Singapore Post to the list of carriers that are no longer safe to use. My most recent package was seized at customs after arriving to Thailand via Netherlands Post. This package was only one RDA and two drip tips, so size or quantity doesn't seem to matter. I still have one package out there arriving from them and I will update this post with the results of that package as well.

 

RDA also got busted? From FastTech?

I have a RTA from GB coming via NL Post, fingers crossed for all our stuff....

In times like this, I guess it might be worth it to pay the premium and buy stuffs locally if they are available. Fewer selection but at least you have much higher chance of actually getting it, and faster too.

This was through GB, though I don't know if that would matter. Not a lot of money lost on this one but if the next one gets confiscated (as I suspect it will) we will be talking about a lot more money down the drain. No matter who you order from, I wouldn't suggest ordering too much right now. Things are not looking good.

 

Its all becoming too much aggravation now for me personally. Shit juice, shit gear, confiscations.... Time to find myself a new hobby.

Very sorry to hear this latest news, wonder whats giving them the scent?

 

I personally received 2 tanks from GB using NL post 1 to 2 weeks ago but it seems the customs are not fooling around anymore and I don't see any carrier that will safely deliver the goods nowadays.... sad times indeed!

Do you guys have any recommendation in which carrier to use for ordering abroad now that both SG and NL are down the drain?

 

With all the bad news lately I've been thinking along the same lines. Will have a go getting a private package from the old country with a few needed things just as a test.

And to bad with your loss Lotta, hopefully your next will slip through .

 

Same comment--China Post, seems OK, but only until......

 

Try looking at it as a game, or a challenge. I managed my last twenty years in England on duty free Golden Virginia. Every roll up I smoked tasted so much better because I was beating the taxman.

 

Is Netherlands post very slow or most likely scenario that my package has been siezed? It has been 14days. Thanks
