Mothers Milk

TPA strawberry ripe 6%

Recommended VG/pg 60/40

What do I think ? I tested at 50/50, and can confirm a nice simple strawberry milk shake / mothers milk recipe. Thanks @zougou

 

I've made mothers milk with the following recipe and it's decent as a shake and vape, but deffo better when it's steeped for at least 2-3 weeks (Better with a month for the custard). So creamy and taste is great. Still got one steeping for another week!

TFA Sweet Cream Flavor - 3%
TFA Cheesecake (Graham Crust) - 5%
TFA Strawberry (Ripe) Flavor - 10%
TFA Vanilla Custard Flavor - 2%
TFA Bavarian Cream Flavor - 3%

Made this at 70vg / 30pg

 

Just did on with Sweet Strawberry instead of Ripe and the result is a bit off. Still nice to vape but not a Mother's Milk :/

 

You generally can't substitute between CAP Sweet Strawberry and TFA Ripe Strawberry. The flavors are way too different. Please notice I said generally. There are some recipes where it doesn't make a huge difference.

 

Very well, thanks. I then understand why it tastes off Seems that Ripe Strawberry is quite pupolur when I looking at some desserts recipes.

 

I would say that TFA Ripe Strawberry is used in many more dessert recipes than CAP Sweet Strawberry. They both have their uses but very different flavors.

 

LOL, change the ingredients then say it tastes off ... "I baked a cake with your recipe except I switched the wheat flour for rice flour, it tastes a bit off"

I switched to one of the other TFA recipes from reddit, was posted above by one of the others, works fine for me ... Need to make another batch actually my 100ml bottle only has about 10ml in the bottom.

 

Yeah, right ?! I am actually expecting a ban from this forum anytime soon for being such an idiot. And in the abyss of my exclusion, I should worship your condescending humor which help me improve my DIY knowledge dramatically.

I have found this one on the net :

CAP Vanilla Custard - 7%
TPA French Vanilla - 2.1%
TPA Bavarian Cream - 2%
CAP Sweet Strawberry - 1.6%
TPA Coconut Extra - 0.5%
TPA Sweetener - 2% (can swap for Marshmallow IMO)

I am surprised with the coconut addition, any of you guys tried ? @Dck87 and @Scuba Vaper you guys don't add sweetener on yours, have you tired with it also ? Does it make a big difference ?

 

Trying to get as much info as possible before the hammer falls ^^

 

The Coconut is such a low amount, you will probably not taste any of it at all. It was just used as a flavor to "round out" the the overall mix. 2% sweetener seems like way too much to me if you are using EM or Sucralose. I think I would start with 1% first. A little sweetener goes a long way. Marshmallow sounds like a good plan also.

 

Thanks @Lotta . Does the sweetener alter the taste or is it only for the smoothness of the vape ? I have a bottle, I haven't try it yet..
