    Me too, so I order one from Big already and I should have it tomorrow. I remember a computer game by the same name, and after seeing the movie "The Sentinel", which is about a planned assassination of the US president by a foreign nation, my guess is that the mod is not named "Sentinel M 16" but rather "Sentinel M I 6". I have looked for this mod a long time, but under the name "Sentinel" happy to have found it here.

    I have had this mod for a while. It is wonderfully constructed, and wickedly tough and reliable. However, if you like your atomizer to mount flush with the mod, this is not for you. I have found nothing that sits flush with this thing because it is so wide.

    I think it also looks good on the M SS-16 mod. To me both are good looking mods. I can still recommend the M SS-16, it's still working real fine. And the locking ring on the M SS-16 is counterclockwise, when looking the device. That is a thumb up for me.
